I help executive teams decide where AI belongs, build the operating plan to make it real, train the people who will carry it, and prototype the workflows when the fastest path to clarity is a working system.

What I Do

High-leverage AI help for organizations that need more than a workshop.

Most engagements are measured in a few focused hours per week. The value is senior judgment in the room while the roadmap, operating model, and first integrations are still easy to shape.

Why Larry

Advice from someone who has shipped at scale.

I have spent my career taking ambiguous technology shifts and turning them into products, operating models, and executive decisions that hold up in the real world.

At Microsoft, I co-founded what became Microsoft Teams. At DoorDash, I served as Director of Platform Product and founded AI strategies and scaling initiatives across infrastructure and operations. I have presented to and advised C-suites at Microsoft, DoorDash, and dozens of client companies.

I also build with the current tools myself: Anthropic Opus, OpenAI Codex, Grok, openClaw, custom agent middleware, and security models. That combination matters. You get executive-level judgment from someone still close enough to the metal to know what is real.

Enterprise scale

Founded and scaled products used by hundreds of millions.

Experience translating executive vision into shipped product, organizational alignment, and durable operating systems.

AI operations

Created AI strategies and initiatives inside DoorDash.

Founded practical AI programs across platform, infrastructure, and operations, where adoption depends on trust, reliability, and real workflow fit.

Builder mindset

Built production-minded systems outside the enterprise, too.

Custom AI agents, a public-school volunteer and communications workflow, and a family media system that replaces most of Adobe for day-to-day needs.

Engagement Model

A practical cadence for busy leaders.

No long sales motion. No generic transformation theater. The work starts narrow, becomes concrete quickly, and expands only where it is earning its keep.

01

First call

We clarify the business pressure, the decision you need to make, and whether I am the right person to help.

02

Focused scope

You get a plain-English plan: outcomes, cadence, stakeholders, and what we will deliberately leave out.

03

Advisory rhythm

A few high-leverage hours per week to shape the roadmap, coach the leaders, review the work, and keep execution honest.

One paragraph is enough: the organization, the pressure you are feeling, and what kind of help would be useful. I read everything personally.

Best fit: leadership teams that need a few focused hours per week of senior AI strategy, adoption, training, or implementation guidance.
